Pacific Northwest Business Brokers and Intermediaries - PNWBBI - is a trade association whose primary focus is promoting education and cooperative communication while setting professional standards among business brokers and intermediaries in the State of Washington. Its members are compromised of business brokers, Mergers and Acquisition intermediaries, investment bankers, attorneys, accountants, banks, SBA lenders, valuation service providers, individual buyers, private equity groups and corporate buyers. |
PNWBBI members represent buyers and sellers of businesses with revenues from a few hundred thousand dollars to over $100 million. The professionals in the organization are committed to helping business owners confidentially sell their operations, as well as assist buyers in acquiring companies. Services offered by some members include performing business valuations, mediating the sales of businesses, raising capital and providing financing, legal, and accounting services related to the Mergers and Acquisition transaction.
The practice of business brokerage, by its very nature, demands that a professional business broker or intermediary possess an acumen for business operations and respect confidentiality well beyond that of non-business general practitioners. |
